At Butler Realty we are committed to providing the highest level of customer service possible. We specialize in single family homes, duplexes, town homes, 4 to 8 unit properties and small apartment complexes. When you place your property portfolio with us, whether it is one or multiple properties, we promise to put your needs first!

COMMUNICATION

You shouldn't need the FBI to find your property manager. While it is impossible to always answer all calls personally we are committed to returning your calls in a timely manner. You can also communicate with us via text messaging, e-mail and through "conversations" on your portal.

We find that the "Owner Portal" provides answers to most of our clients routine questions. If something occurs that could cause a potential interruption in your ordinary cash flow (loss of tenant or major repair), we will let you know about it right away. Please do not hesitate to contact us anytime you have a question or wish to discuss something.

CREDENTIALS

All of our agents are licensed REALTORS and adhere to a strict code of ethics. Gerald Butler, BBA, GRI is the broker and brings over nineteen years of Real Estate experience to the table. Possessing a BBA in marketing/management from the University of Texas at San Antonio, Gerald understands the nuances of marketing and management.

CONVENIENCE

When you place your property with a management company, handling the details should not be difficult. Our management system is computerized and is setup for your convenience. From features like direct deposit of funds into your account, monthly statements, maintenance and more; we handle all of the details.
